BiaBiz Ltd welcomes guest blog submissions from recognised industry experts aligned with our mission of providing trusted, educational content for the global food industry. The following policy applies to all guest blog submissions.

Guidelines/Checklist for Guest Blogs

Please ensure the following are confirmed before submitting your blog:

• Authors are recognised experts with respect to the content being submitted.
• The blog will educate the reader with original, educational content.
• A draft blog title and outline is submitted to BiaBiz Ltd for approval
• Blogs are submitted in Word format.
• A royalty-free or licensed image, of 400 x 200 pixels, is required.
• The blog can include one link to company or technology/products as part of sign off in the last paragraph
• The blog can include links to further educational (not marketing) content
• The Guest Blogger holds full rights content submitted including images
• The Guest Blogger agrees to the BiaBiz Ltd Guest Blog Policy in full
• The final article is review, edited (in alignment with the blogger) and approved by BiaBiz Ltd.

BiaBiz Ltd does not pay for guest blog submissions. BiaBiz Ltd reserves the right to refuse any submission that does not align with company policy and philosophy.

As a free, independent platform funded entirely by community support, the reach and sharing of published content is important to us. We ask and encourage all guest bloggers to share their published post across their own networks, channels, and communications — helping to grow the bia-biz.com community and ensuring the content reaches as wide a food industry audience as possible.

Content Ownership & Copyright

By submitting content to bia-biz.com, the author confirms all content is original, that they hold full publication rights, and that it does not infringe any third party intellectual property. The author accepts full responsibility for any copyright claims arising from submitted content. BiaBiz Ltd reserves the right to remove any content found to be in breach of copyright without prior notice.

Editorial Rights

BiaBiz Ltd reserves the right to edit and adapt submitted content for clarity and alignment with bia-biz.com editorial standards. All edits will be made in consultation with the author prior to publication. Once published, the blog becomes the property of BiaBiz Ltd, however the author retains the right to share and reference the post with a link back to bia-biz.com.

Commercial & Promotional Content

All submissions must be educational in nature. BiaBiz Ltd operates as an independent platform free from commercial bias and will decline any content that is primarily promotional. One reference to the author’s company, product, or technology is permitted in the sign-off paragraph only.

GDPR & Data

Author personal data submitted as part of the guest blog process will be held and processed by BiaBiz Ltd in accordance with Irish and EU GDPR legislation, used solely for managing the guest blog relationship, and will not be shared with third parties without consent.

If BiaBiz Ltd is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or a portion of its assets, you will be notified via email and/or a prominent notice on our website of any change in ownership or uses of your personal information.t in these blogs.
